Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Garden Grove Concrete Company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") at www.gardengroveconcretecontractor.com and your engagement with our concrete contracting services. By using this Site or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or engage our services.
By accessing our Site, submitting a contact form, calling us, or signing a service agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into contracts, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Garden Grove Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floors, retaining walls, pool decks, steps, foundation work, parking lots, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting. Services are provided in Garden Grove, CA and surrounding areas.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including projects that fall outside our service area, exceed our current capacity, or involve conditions we determine are unsuitable for safe or quality work.
All estimates are provided in writing following an in-person site assessment. Verbal price indications made prior to a site visit are not binding estimates. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted.
Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins - such as buried debris, deteriorated subsurface material, or utility conflicts - additional costs may apply. We will notify you before proceeding with any work that would result in charges beyond the written estimate.
Prices quoted do not include permit fees unless expressly stated in the written estimate. Permit fees are charged at cost and are paid to the relevant government authority.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Scheduling is subject to our current workload and material availability. We will communicate the expected start date in writing.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs and lost scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to secure your project on the schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work. We accept payment in the forms specified in your service agreement.
Invoices not paid within the time period specified in the service agreement may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on the property if payment is not received in a timely manner, to the extent permitted by California law.
For projects requiring a building permit, we will apply for and obtain the required permits on your behalf unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring that the project complies with any homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or easements that apply to your property. We are not responsible for HOA violations that result from information you failed to disclose.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in writing in your service agreement. In the absence of a written warranty, we will address material defects in workmanship reported within 12 months of project completion, provided the defect is not caused by conditions outside our control, including soil movement, tree root activity, improper use, chemical damage, or acts of nature.
Minor surface cracking, color variation, and texture differences are inherent characteristics of concrete and do not constitute defects. The Site and its informational content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Garden Grove Concrete Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern about our work or billing, please contact us directly at contact@gardengroveconcretecontractor.com or (657) 722-4198. We will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Garden Grove, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
