Terms of Service

Last updated: February 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at www.gardengroveconcretecontractor.com and any services provided by Garden Grove Concrete Contractor. By accessing this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Garden Grove Concrete Contractor provides residential and commercial concrete services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, slab and foundation work, decorative concrete, concrete repair, retaining walls, and related services in Garden Grove, CA and surrounding cities in Orange County.

All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided through our website contact form, by phone, or during an in-person site visit are estimates only and are not binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Prices may vary based on site conditions, material costs at the time of scheduling, and changes in project scope.

Quote submissions through our online form do not constitute a service agreement or guarantee availability. We will contact you to confirm details and schedule a site visit.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement for each project. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept various forms of payment as outlined in your service contract.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work on a project if payment obligations are not met.

4. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or modify your project prior to work beginning, subject to any deposit or mobilization fees outlined in your agreement. Once work has started, cancellations may result in charges for materials purchased, work completed, and any costs already incurred.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before proceeding. Change orders may affect the project cost and timeline.

5. Warranties

We provide a limited workmanship warranty on completed projects as specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation and finishing that result from our work. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as tree root movement, soil settlement outside our control, improper use, heavy equipment damage, or acts of nature.

Normal concrete behavior, including minor hairline cracking due to shrinkage, is expected and does not constitute a defect. Concrete naturally develops some cracks as it cures and settles over time.

6. Permits and Compliance

Where required, we will advise you on permit requirements for your project. Obtaining permits is the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
